We are a Building Maintenance, Property Maintenance & renovation company servicing the Western Suburbs and Sydney City CBD areas. We continue to expand and grow further Outer West of Sydney as well. As we grow, we are seeking experienced, qualified & insured electricians who are Building and Property Maintenance tradespeople. MUST have *ABN* & be registered as a legitimate business, to work with WPBS Services on a job by job, contract by contract basis.

Skill Set Required:
- Turns up when they say they say they will turn up
- Well mannered, good communication skills, knows how to speak to customers
- Familiar work with real estate & strata
- Familiar with technology take photos before & after every job using job software
- Knows how to fault find, put reports together if needed
- Does general electrical work such as changing PowerPoints, appliance upgrades, upgrade power boards
- Available for emergency call outs if needed
- Licenced & insured
Our scope of works & services have also expanded into the residential market with preparation for sale, preparation for lease, (we work closely with property owners often instead of real estate managers., however, we also work with real estate & strata managers for “make good for lease” works as well). We have also made inroads into the commercial & industrial building & property maintenance sector.
We are looking for a particular cultural fit in our workers.

Obviously, we are a business & wish to make good, fair profits, grow & expand but we also are highly focussed on doing so ethically, with integrity & with pride.
